LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, Lakshmi Maharani Couture is no longer responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We also recommend selecting a secure delivery location where someone is available to receive the package.
If your tracking information shows your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend that you:

Check with family members, neighbors, your building management, or reception.

Contact your local courier or shipping carrier for further assistance.

Reach out to us through our Contact Us page or customer support email so we can keep a record of the issue and assist where possible.
Please note that Lakshmi Maharani Couture is unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages that have been marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier.
We are also not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer during checkout.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & UNCLAIMED PARCELS
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the recipient is unavailable, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange redelivery or collect the parcel from the designated courier office within the carrier's specified holding period.
Orders that are returned to Lakshmi Maharani Couture because they were:

Unclaimed

Refused by the recipient

Not collected within the courier's holding period

Undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
will not qualify for a refund.
If the parcel is successfully returned to us, we may offer to reship the order at our discretion. Any additional shipping charges for reshipment will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that we cannot guarantee successful return-to-sender processing, as this depends entirely on the shipping carrier.
PRE-ORDERS
Some products may be marked as Pre-Order on their product page. These items are not immediately available and will be dispatched once they are received from production.
Estimated production and delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and manufacturing schedules.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Delivery may take several weeks depending on production timelines.

Estimated shipping dates are approximate and may change without prior notice.

Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will generally be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

Pre-order purchases cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed.
DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS CHARGES
For international orders, customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country's customs authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charges collected during checkout.
Lakshmi Maharani Couture is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures and cannot reimburse customs duties, taxes, or related fees.
If an international shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs charges or failure to collect the parcel, no refund will be issued for the order or the shipping charges unless otherwise required by applicable law.
