Returns

  • Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Sale, clearance, and gift card purchases are non-returnable.

Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery.

  • If your preferred size is unavailable, we will issue store credit of the same value.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, depending on availability.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item passes our quality inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
